Terms of service
These are the terms that apply when you book and pay for a session or the programme on this website.

Services and prices
Sessions are online, by video call, or in person at my practice in Vigo. You choose the format when you book.

Before paying, the summary shows the session you have chosen, its duration and its price.
How booking and payment work
You choose the session and a day and time from my free slots, and leave your details. Then you pay by card on Stripe's secure page. Your card never reaches this website, and the receipt shows «Servicio profesional» (professional service), without saying what for.
Your time is held for half an hour while you complete the payment. If you do not complete it, the time is released and becomes available again. Once the payment is done, I review the appointment and confirm it with you personally by email.
The programme
The Conscious Decision Programme is five sessions of 1 hour 30 minutes. You can pay for it in one go, 500 €, or in two payments of 250 €, the first when you book. When you book you choose the day and time of the first session; we schedule the rest afterwards, one by one.
If you cannot come
Sessions are non-refundable. If you cannot come, let me know in advance and we will find another date; what you have paid is kept for that new appointment. In the programme, a session changed this way does not use up any of the five.
If you do not come and have not told me
If you miss a session without letting me know, the session is not refunded. In the programme, it counts as one of the five sessions.
If I am the one who cannot see you
If I cannot see you at the time you chose, or I have to cancel an appointment that was already confirmed, I will offer you another date. What you have paid is kept in your favour for that new date and you do not have to pay again.
