Grief therapy
Grief therapy to make peace with loss and keep living.
Losing someone or something important is not overcome, it is learned to carry. I help you move through the pain at your own pace, without imposed deadlines, so you can feel again with your feet on the ground.
Does this sound familiar?
Recognise what you are living.
Grief does not announce itself when it arrives or when it leaves. Sometimes it disguises itself as tiredness, irritability or an emptiness that is hard to name. This is what I usually hear in consultation.
- “I cannot stop thinking about what happened, even when I want to.
- “There are good days, and suddenly everything hurts again just like the first day.
- “I feel guilty for moving forward, as if I had no right to.
- “It is hard to talk about it because everyone around me has already moved on.
- “I do not know if what I feel is grief or something more serious.
- “I need to get back my desire to make plans, even if it is little by little.
How I work on it
The Conscious Decision
Programme applied to your grief.
The Conscious Decision Programme applied to grief combines science, awareness and practical experience so that the loss stops blocking your present.
Over five sessions we go through a process that integrates a systemic approach and practical tools to move through the loss without staying trapped in it.

Session 01
Your story with the loss
We rebuild what happened, who that person or that stage was for you and how it is affecting your day to day right now.
- History of the bond and the loss
- How it shows up in your present
Session 02
The knot of grief
We find what is sustaining the pain. An unfinished goodbye, an unspoken guilt, a bond that needs to be closed in a different way.
- Identifying unresolved grief
- Systemic and transgenerational approach
Session 03
A change of perspective
We transform the meaning of the loss without erasing it. You learn to carry it with you without it paralysing you.
When your perspective changes, your emotion changes, and when your emotion changes, your body changes.
Session 04
Practical reprogramming
You incorporate simple routines and exercises that sustain progress between sessions and give structure back to your days.
- Everyday micro-actions and exercises
- Tools for the hard days
Session 05
Closure and autonomy
You close the process with your own tools to sustain what you have learned, without depending on the accompaniment.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about grief
Starting to talk about a loss is daunting. Here are the answers to what people ask me most before the first session.
How long does the grieving process take?
Each grief has its own timing. There is no deadline or standard timeframe. The programme is designed to accompany you for as long as you need it, with a clear start and a clear close.
Is it normal to feel relief or even guilt?
Yes. Grief is not a single feeling, it is a mix that changes from one day to the next. Feeling relief, anger or guilt is part of the process and we work with it without judging it.
Does it work for grief that is not about a death?
Yes. A breakup, a loss of health, a change of life stage or a significant farewell also cause grief. I work with any loss that is affecting your present.
How do I know if I need professional help?
If the pain does not ease with time, if it is hard to hold your day to day, or if you feel stuck at the same point, it is a good time to ask for support.
