Perinatal psychology
Perinatal psychologist to go through motherhood without losing yourself along the way.
From trying to conceive to postpartum, motherhood shakes up everything you were until now. I accompany you through every stage so you can live it with its light and its shadow, without the obligation for everything to be pretty.
Does this sound familiar?
Recognise what you are living.
Motherhood comes with a script of mandatory happiness that rarely matches what you feel inside. This is what I usually hear in consultation.
- “I love my baby, but I do not recognise myself since they were born.
- “I feel like everyone has an opinion about my motherhood except me.
- “Pregnancy is not being the happy stage I was promised.
- “I have a constant fear that something will go wrong.
- “I cry without knowing why and I am ashamed to say it.
- “I miss my life from before and I feel awful for thinking it.
How I work on it
The Conscious Decision
Programme applied to your motherhood.
The Conscious Decision Programme applied to the perinatal stage combines science, awareness and practical experience so that you can inhabit your motherhood without stopping being you.
Over five sessions we go through a process that puts order into what you feel and gives you back a place of your own within the biggest change of your life.

Session 01
Your story with motherhood
We rebuild your journey so far. Trying to conceive, the pregnancy, the birth or the postpartum, and what has shifted inside you at each stage.
- Journey and current moment
- What you expected and what you are living
Session 02
The knot of this stage
We find what is really weighing on you. A birth that did not go as you expected, an inherited role, an identity asking for space.
- Family mandates about motherhood
- Unspoken grief and expectations
Session 03
A change of perspective
You let go of the script of the perfect mother and build your own outlook on your way of mothering, contradictions included.
When your perspective changes, your emotion changes, and when your emotion changes, your body changes.
Session 04
Practical reprogramming
You incorporate realistic routines for day to day life with your baby, spaces of your own and tools for the days that feel like an uphill climb.
- Routines that are possible with a baby around
- Non-negotiable spaces of your own
Session 05
Closure and autonomy
You close the process with your own plan to sustain your wellbeing within parenting, without depending on consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about perinatal psychology
The perinatal stage is full of taboos. Here are the answers to what people ask me most before starting.
What exactly does perinatal psychology cover?
The whole reproductive journey. Trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and also the losses that can appear along the way.
Can I do the sessions with my baby with me?
Yes. I work with new mothers and I know it is not always possible to be apart. The session adapts to your reality, not the other way round.
Is it normal not to feel happy if everything has gone well?
It is far more common than people say. Your baby's wellbeing and yours do not always go hand in hand, and looking after yours is also looking after your baby.
Do you also work with pregnancy loss?
Yes. Gestational grief is one of the areas I accompany most, and one of the most silenced socially. It has its own space in consultation.
Does perinatal therapy work the same online?
Yes. I work online with mothers at every stage, and for many it is the only realistic option, without travel or extra logistics. The process is the same as in person and adapts to your real schedule.
