Psychological support in fertility
Psychological support so the search for pregnancy does not break you.
Every month a hope, and every month a grief. The search for pregnancy, with or without treatment, is one of the hardest experiences lived in silence. I accompany you to hold it without losing yourself.
Does this sound familiar?
Recognise what you are living.
Fertility processes are lived behind closed doors, smiling outside and breaking inside. This is what I usually hear in consultation.
- “Every negative test brings me down a bit more than the last one.
- “It hurts to see pregnant women on the street and I hate myself for feeling it.
- “My partner and I only talk about treatments now.
- “Everyone asks me when I am going to become a mother.
- “I feel like my body is failing me.
- “I do not know how much more of this process I can take.
How I work on it
The Conscious Decision
Programme applied to your process.
The Conscious Decision Programme applied to fertility combines science, awareness and practical experience so that the process does not eat up your whole life.
Over five sessions we walk a path that puts words to what you are living, protects your relationship and gives you back spaces of your own beyond the search.

Session 01
Your story with the search
We rebuild the road up to today. How long it has been, what you have been through, and where you are, beyond where the treatment is.
- The journey and its wounds
- How you are within the process
Session 02
The knot of the process
We find what is weighing the most. The accumulated grief of each attempt, guilt towards your own body, pressure from those around you.
- Unacknowledged grief along the way
- Your relationship with your body
Session 03
A change of perspective
You stop living in the waiting room. The search becomes a part of your life, not the filter everything else passes through.
When your perspective changes, your emotion changes, and when your emotion changes, your body changes.
Session 04
Practical reprogramming
You build tools for waits, results and difficult conversations, and regain moments as a couple that do not revolve around the treatment.
- Tools for waits and results
- Couple spaces outside the process
Session 05
Closure and autonomy
You close with your own plan to sustain whichever path you choose, with your wellbeing part of the equation.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about fertility support
Asking for psychological help in the middle of a medical process raises doubts. This is what people ask me most.
Can stress be affecting my fertility?
The relationship between stress and fertility is complex, and it is not your fault. What is clear is that the process itself causes suffering that deserves attention on its own, whether or not it acts as a factor.
Can I come even if I am not in treatment?
Yes. You do not need to be in assisted reproduction. A prolonged natural search hurts just the same and deserves the same support.
Do you also work with pregnancy loss?
Yes. Losses during the search are real grief and often invisible to those around you. They have a central place in this support.
Can my partner come to sessions?
Yes. The process hits both of you and the relationship. There are individual sessions and shared sessions depending on what each moment needs.
Can I do the sessions online while in treatment?
Yes, and it is the format most used by my patients in assisted reproduction. Medical appointments already take up a lot of your schedule, so a session from home fits in without adding extra load to the process.
