Couples therapy
Couples therapy to speak the same language again.
You argue about everything, or you do not even argue anymore. I accompany you both to understand what is really pulling you apart, to recover the conversation and to decide together where your relationship is going.
Does this sound familiar?
Recognise what you are living.
Couples rarely arrive for the reason that brings them in. The argument about the house or the schedules usually covers something else. This is what I usually hear in consultation.
- “We argue about silly things that always end up in the same place.
- “I feel like I am talking to a wall, they do not even listen to me anymore.
- “We love each other, but I do not know if that is enough.
- “Since the kids arrived we are partners, not a couple.
- “Something has been broken since that happened and we have not talked about it again.
- “I do not know if I want to fix it or if I want to leave, and that scares me.
How I work on it
The Conscious Decision
Programme applied to your relationship.
The Conscious Decision Programme applied to couples combines science, awareness and practical experience so that you stop repeating the same argument in different disguises.
Over five sessions we go through a process where you both have a voice, the pattern that traps you becomes clear, and the next step is decided with clarity.

Session 01
Your story together
We rebuild how you started, what brought you together and at what point something changed. Each of you tells your version, and both count.
- The story from both perspectives
- What worked and what got lost
Session 02
The knot of the relationship
We find the pattern that repeats underneath every argument. Who pursues, who withdraws, and what unspoken need lies behind it.
- The cycle that repeats
- The wounds and loyalties each of you brings
Session 03
A change of perspective
You move from looking for who is right to understanding what each of you needs. The conversation changes tone when the question changes.
When your perspective changes, your emotion changes, and when your emotion changes, the conversation changes.
Session 04
Practical reprogramming
You practise new ways of talking to each other and of repairing after conflict. Concrete agreements that show during the week, not only in session.
- Communication and repair tools
- Concrete, revisable agreements
Session 05
Closure and autonomy
You close the process with a shared language and your own plan to look after the relationship without depending on consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about couples therapy
Coming to couples therapy does not mean it is over. This is what people ask me most before the first session.
What if my partner does not want to come?
You can start on your own. Working on your part of the pattern already changes the dynamic, and it is common for the other person to join once they see something moving.
Does couples therapy work online?
Yes. Each of you can connect even from a different place, which makes schedules and distance much easier. The process is the same as in person.
Will you tell us whether we should separate?
No. My role is not to decide for you but to help you decide with clarity. Sometimes the process strengthens the relationship and sometimes it helps close it well. Both outcomes are valid.
Do you also work with breakups and infidelity?
Yes. Rebuilding trust after a wound and closing a relationship in a healthy way are both part of the regular work in couples therapy.
